I used another app to create shoppable videos but was fairly limited on features since I was on their free tier. To upgrade and put them on the actual product pages would have cost me $15/mo. I decided to give this app a try... There was never an issue that wasn't resolved within 12 hours. I'm so impressed with the customer service factor that I intend to invest in their other apps.

Being able to tie our customer testimonial videos into the website easily in a clean way was very important to me. The Doran team was VERY quick to help and get it right for me. With this kind of functionality and support, I have even decided to invest in their paid plan to get the most from it.

Might be the best free app i've ever seen. Very easy to use and adds social proof to my store without making it ugly like other apps. 10/10

Customer service is excellent. Had us up and running in minutes. Plus, the video carousel looks beautiful on our site.

Amazing app and support! The app is easy to use, works smoothly, and has been a great addition to our store.

The team was quick to respond and helped us fine-tune the layout so it fits much better on our product page. Everything now looks clean, consistent, and much more aligned with our brand style.
